DOCTORS
Dr. Timothy Chips, D.M.D.
Dr. Timothy Chips has been practicing dentistry since 2008. He earned his dental degree from Temple University and completed a General Practice Residency at New York University Mt. Sinai School of Medicine at Morristown Memorial Hospital. His professional focus includes surgical placement of dental implants. He is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and serves on its editorial board. He is a member of the ADA, PDA, Western PA Dental Society, AGD, and PAGP.

Dr. John Chips
Dr. John Chips has decades of clinical experience and is actively involved in community service. He has volunteered with Donated Dental Services since the 1980s and has been a long-standing member of the Rich-Mar Rotary. His background includes extensive community and youth leadership involvement.

Dr. Lutfiie Abliaieva, D.M.D.
Dr. Lutfiie Abliaieva graduated from dental school in Crimea, Ukraine, and later earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She has experience practicing general dentistry in underserved areas and follows a patient-centered approach to care. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Silvia M. Dunn, D.M.D.
Dr. Silvia M. Dunn earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She has been practicing in private practice for over 20 years and also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Pittsburgh. Her approach emphasizes patient comfort and individualized care.
